Ingredients

  • 1¹⁄₂ kg plums
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 6 sheets of filo pastry
  • 6 tbsp butter, melted
  • 50 g pistachios, chopped

Utensils

  • Knife
  • Casserole dish
  • Kitchen brush

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Have and stone the plums.
  3. Cut the fruit into large pieces.
  4. Combine the plums with the lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Place the plums in a casserole dish, stirring occasionally Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring.
