Aromatic pumpkin jam with apple and orange
Ingredients
- 1¹⁄₂ kg pumpkin, peeled
- 1 kg apples, cored, sweet and sour variety
- 1 orange
- 1¹⁄₂ kg sugar

Instructions
- Cut the pumpkin and apples into pieces.
- Peel the orange and squeeze out the juice.
- Crush the pumpkin, apples and orange peel in the food processor.
- Add the orange juice and 1 kg of sugar.
- Mix everything thoroughly.

- Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
