Aromatic pear jam with oranges and cinnamon
Ingredients
- 1 kg pears, peeled
- 500 g sugar
- 1 orange
- 1 cinnamon stick

Instructions
- Peel, core and slice the pears.
- Place the pears in a saucepan and cover with sugar.
- Stir everything and leave for 3-4 hours.
- Peel the orange and chop finely.
- Cut the orange pulp into pieces.
- Add the cinnamon stick, orange and zest to the pears in the saucepan and stir.
- Bring the jam to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Let the pear jam cool completely.
- The Repeat cooking for about 10 minutes and leave to cool.
- Pour the pear jam into sterilized jars and seal tightly.
- Keep the jam in a cool, dark place.
