Aromatic garlic baguette with cheese and parsley
Ingredients
- 5-6 garlic cloves
- 45g parmesan
- ¼ bunch of parsley
- 200g butter, softened
- 1 baguette
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Peel the garlic and chop finely.
- Grate the parmesan on a fine grater..
- Tear off the parsley leaves from the stalks and cut into small pieces.
- Soft butter with garlic, cheese and herbs in one Mix in bowl.
- Have the baguette in half lengthways and brush generously with garlic butter.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Season the finished garlic baguette with salt and pepper to taste.
- Slice the baguette and serve immediately .
