Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3-4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1-2 pinches nutmeg
  • ¹⁄₂ tsp ginger, ground
  • ¹⁄₂ tsp cinnamon
  • ¹⁄₄ tsp cloves, ground
  • 480 ml milk
  • ¹⁄₂ tsp vanilla extract
  • marshmallows, to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the cocoa, sugar, salt, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon and cloves in a saucepan.
  2. Pour in the milk over a medium heat, stirring constantly with a whisk.
  3. Heat the cocoa and remove the saucepan from the heat.
  4. Cocoa Pour into mugs and serve with marshmallows, if desired.
