Aromatic beef meatballs with fried eggs
Ingredients
- 1 kg beef sirloin
- ⅓ tsp coriander seeds
- ½ tsp salt
- black pepper, to taste
- 3-4 tbsp butter
- 3-4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 5-6 eggs

Instructions
- Cut the beef into small pieces and place in a bowl.
- If the meat is lean, add some fat.
- Crush the coriander seeds in a mortar and add to the meat.
- Also add the salt and pepper.
- Knead the mixture well, beat lightly on the table.
- Continue to mix by hand for at least 5 minutes.
- Divide the meat mixture into 5-6 portions.
- Form each portion into patties about 2½ cm high.
- 2-3 tablespoons each Heat the butter and vegetable oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
- Fry the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side.
