Ingredients

  • 1 roll of puff pastry
  • 2 red apples
  • 60 g sour cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • cinnamon, to taste
  • icing sugar, for serving

Utensils

  • spoon
  • bowl
  • knife
  • slicer
  • muffin tin

Instructions

  1. Unroll the puff pastry and spread with sour cream.
  2. Mix the cinnamon and sugar together.
  3. Sprinkle on the puff pastry.
  4. Cut the puff pastry lengthwise into six strips.
  5. Wash the apples and slice thinly.
  6. Lay the apple slices on the upper edge of the puff pastry strips, overlapping them slightly and running a little beyond the edge of the puff pastry strips.
  7. Roll up the puff pastry from the short side.
  8. Place in the wells of a greased muffin tin.
  9. Prepare the apple roses at 175 degrees for approx. Bake for 30 minutes until golden.
