Ingredients

  • 4 apples
  • 100 g butter, softened
  • lemon juice, to taste
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 1 pack vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 pack baking powder
  • 130 g durum wheat semolina
  • raisins, or cranberries to taste
  • icing sugar, to taste

Utensils

  • knife
  • cutting board
  • bowl
  • hand mixer
  • spoon
  • casserole

Instructions

  1. Peel the apples roughly, quarter, core and cut into cubes or wedges.
  2. Add the lemon juice.
  3. Mix half the butter with the sugar.
  4. Stir in the eggs, quark, vanilla pudding powder, packing powder and durum wheat semolina.
  5. Cranberries or raisins Add in.
  6. Stir in the apples and pour into a greased casserole dish.
  7. Put the remaining butter in small knobs.
  8. Bake in the oven at 160-180 degrees on the lower shelf for 50 minutes.
  9. Let the casserole cool for 10 minutes and sprinkle with powdered sugar sprinkle.
