Apple quark casserole with semolina and raisins
Ingredients
- 4 apples
- 100 g butter, softened
- lemon juice, to taste
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 1 pack vanilla pudding powder
- 1 pack baking powder
- 130 g durum wheat semolina
- raisins, or cranberries to taste
- icing sugar, to taste

Instructions
- Peel the apples roughly, quarter, core and cut into cubes or wedges.
- Add the lemon juice.
- Mix half the butter with the sugar.
- Stir in the eggs, quark, vanilla pudding powder, packing powder and durum wheat semolina.
- Cranberries or raisins Add in.
- Stir in the apples and pour into a greased casserole dish.
- Put the remaining butter in small knobs.
- Bake in the oven at 160-180 degrees on the lower shelf for 50 minutes.
- Let the casserole cool for 10 minutes and sprinkle with powdered sugar sprinkle.
