  • 400 ml apple juice
  • ¹⁄₂ lemon
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 cloves
  • 2 cardamom pods
  • 1 cinnamon stick, small
  • ¹⁄₂ tsp coriander, whole
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions
