Apple Crumble with Strawberries – Dessert with sprinkles
Ingredients
- 1 apple, large, eg Braeburn
- 30 g strawberries
- 1 p. Vanilla sugar
- 100 g butter, softened
- 40 g brown sugar
- 40 g sugar
- 120 g flour
- 50 g rolled oats, tender
Utensils

- food processor

Instructions
- Cut the unpeeled apple into thin wedges.
- Half or quarter the strawberries, depending on their size.
- Place the apples and strawberries in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Sprinkle vanilla sugar on top.
- Butter in pieces, flour, Blend brown sugar, white sugar and rolled oats in a food processor to form crumbles.
- Spread the crumble over the fruit.
- Place the crumble in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for approx. 30 minutes.
- Apple crumble Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
