Ingredients

  • 2 l milk
  • 200 g sugar
  • 10 eggs
  • 375 ml whiskey, rum or cognac
  • Graded nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs.
  2. Beat the yolks with the sugar until fluffy.
  3. Gradually stir the egg whites into the milk while heating.
  4. Add the whiskey.
  5. Finally stir in the yolk cream, do not let it boil any longer !
  6. Sprinkle the eggnog with nutmeg and serve.
