Ingredients

  • 200 g sugar, white
  • 100 g sugar, brown
  • 240 ml water
  • 480 ml vodka
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp almond extract

Instructions

  1. Put the white and brown sugars in a saucepan.
  2. Add the water and bring to a boil.
  3. Boil over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  4. Remove the syrup from the heat and allow to cool completely.
  5. Add the vodka, vanilla extract and almond extract.
  6. Mix the almond liqueur well and transfer to a bottle with a stopper.

The almond liqueur not store more than one month at room temperature.
